1. How does your service work?
You send us the link → We calculate the total → You pay → We buy → We receive the item → We ship it worldwide.
2. Can I buy from any store in Japan?
Yes! Amazon Japan, Rakuten, Mercari, Yahoo Auctions, Zozotown, Uniqlo, Pokémon Center, AmiAmi, and any store in Japan.
3. Do you buy the item or can I send it myself?
Both options:
We can buy it for you
Or you can buy it and send it to our address in Japan (this usually takes longer because customers can make mistakes on the address input)
4. When do you calculate shipping cost?
After the product arrives at our office.
We measure weight and dimensions to calculate the exact shipping price.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card, Paypal, Direct bank deposit, WISE.
6. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to almost every country using DHL, FedEx, EMS or Japan Post.
7. Who pays customs tax?
The customer (you) pays customs or import fees in your country.
8. How long does shipping take?
Depends on the method: See shipping & fee page.
9. Can I request rare or limited edition items?
Yes! We specialize in limited goods, anime merch, One Piece items, figurines, and exclusives.
10. What languages does your support offer?
Spanish, English, Japanese, and Portuguese.
11. Can you consolidate multiple packages?
Yes, we can combine them to reduce your international shipping cost.
12. Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are limited — see our Refund Policy.

You receive 7 days of free storage from the moment your item arrives at our office.

If your item is not shipped within the free period, a storage fee of:

- Storage fees apply to each individual package received.
- We strongly recommend requesting international shipping as soon as possible to avoid unnecessary charges.
- If storage fees accumulate and remain unpaid for an extended period, we may not be able to continue storing the package.
- Items left over 60–90 days (depending on space availability) may be discarded or returned to the sender if possible.
🎯 Why do we charge storage fees?
All major Japanese proxy services (ZenMarket, Buyee, FromJapan, Tenso, etc.) charge storage fees to prevent long-term warehouse backlog.
This helps keep our workflow efficient and ensures that your packages are handled quickly and safely.
We aim to keep our fees simple, transparent, and fair — no hidden costs.
