1. Service Overview

We offer:

Purchasing items on your behalf from Japanese stores

Receiving items at our address in Japan

Consolidating and shipping them to your country

We are not the manufacturer or seller of the products.

2. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide correct links and product details

Pay product price + service fee

Pay international shipping costs

Pay customs duties or taxes in your country

3. Prohibited Items

We cannot ship:

Weapons

Explosives

Food requiring refrigeration

Liquids

Extremely large or heavy items

Restricted materials by your country’s customs

4. Shipping Disclaimer

Once the package is shipped:

Delivery times may vary

Customs inspections may cause delays

We are not responsible for customs fees or seizures

5. Item Condition

We are not responsible for:

Factory defects

Wear on pre-owned items

Quality issues from the Japanese seller

We can inspect items only if you choose Advanced Purchase Service.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Refund rules follow our Refund Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

Yuugen Export is not liable for:

Delays caused by shipping carriers

Items lost by carriers

Customs issues

Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time.

Service Fee Based on item price

Credit Card Processing Fee 4%

(only applies to credit card payment)

StorageFree 7 days, then 100 JPY/day

You receive 7 days of free storage from the moment your item arrives at our office.

✅ Storage Fee After 7 Days

If your item is not shipped within the free period, a storage fee of:

❗ Important Notes ❗

  • Storage fees apply to each individual package received.
  • We strongly recommend requesting international shipping as soon as possible to avoid unnecessary charges.
  • If storage fees accumulate and remain unpaid for an extended period, we may not be able to continue storing the package.
  • Items left over 60–90 days (depending on space availability) may be discarded or returned to the sender if possible.

🎯 Why do we charge storage fees?

All major Japanese proxy services (ZenMarket, Buyee, FromJapan, Tenso, etc.) charge storage fees to prevent long-term warehouse backlog.

This helps keep our workflow efficient and ensures that your packages are handled quickly and safely.

We aim to keep our fees simple, transparent, and fair — no hidden costs.
