REFUND POLICY

At Yuugen Export, we offer a service where we purchase items on your behalf from Japanese stores. Because of the nature of our service, refunds follow these rules:


1. Service Fees Are Non-Refundable

Once we purchase the item from the Japanese store, we cannot offer refunds, because:

Japanese shops do not accept returns for international proxy services

Many stores do not allow cancellations

Items may be pre-owned, limited edition, or non-returnable


2. Refunds Before Purchase

You may cancel before the item is purchased.
After purchase, cancellation is no longer possible.


3. Lost or Damaged Packages

If the package is lost or arrives damaged:

We will assist you in opening a claim with the shipping company

Compensation depends on the carrier’s insurance policy

We are not responsible for decisions made by Japan Post, EMS, DHL, FedEx, etc.


4. Wrong or Defective Items

If the store in Japan sends the wrong item:

We will help you contact the store (if the store accepts returns)

Many Japanese stores do not accept returns for overseas customers, so results may vary


5. Consolidation & Storage Refunds

You receive 7 days of free storage from the moment your item arrives at our office.

If your item is not shipped within the free period, a storage fee of:

❗ Important Notes ❗

  • Storage fees apply to each individual package received.
  • We strongly recommend requesting international shipping as soon as possible to avoid unnecessary charges.
  • If storage fees accumulate and remain unpaid for an extended period, we may not be able to continue storing the package.
  • Items left over 60–90 days (depending on space availability) may be discarded or returned to the sender if possible.

🎯 Why do we charge storage fees?

All major Japanese proxy services (ZenMarket, Buyee, FromJapan, Tenso, etc.) charge storage fees to prevent long-term warehouse backlog.

This helps keep our workflow efficient and ensures that your packages are handled quickly and safely.
